Representative Transactions

Transactions reviewed, or currently under review, by our firm include the offering of: 

  • $150,000,000 in equity to accredited investors in an offshore exploratory and developmental oil and gas drilling program;
  • 540,000,000 shares of common stock valued at over $5,000,000,000 in a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) formed to acquire retail and multi-family properties;
  • Units of limited partnership interest totaling over $500,000,000 in a multi-advisor commodity fund engaged in speculative trade in the U.S. and international markets for currencies, interest rates, stock indices, agricultural and energy products, precious and base metals and other commodities utilizing futures and forward contracts, security futures contracts, options contracts and other interests in commodities;
  • $400,000,000 of equity in an equipment leasing fund;
  • Tenant-in-common interests in a 29-story, Class A office building consisting of debt and equity totaling over $160,000,000;
  • $200,000,000 in units representing general partnership interests in a series of publicly registered onshore oil and gas developmental drilling programs; and
