Ashley Pridemore focuses her practice on the representation of broker-dealers and registered investment advisors in connection with the due diligence of public and private securities offerings, with a concentration on closed-end funds registered under the 1940 Act, non-traded public REITs and BDCs, and private equity offerings. Ashley has significant experience with various real estate and debt strategies managed by large institutional asset managers. Ashley has been with Snyder Kearney and its predecessors since 2013.
