Dan Wolfe focuses his practice on the representation of broker-dealers and registered investment advisors in connection with the due diligence of public and private securities offerings, with a concentration on non-traded public REITs, private real estate funds, oil & gas partnerships, private equity funds, and closed-end funds registered under the 1940 Act. Dan has been with Snyder Kearney and its predecessors since 2010. Prior to joining Snyder Kearney, Dan was an associate with a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., where he advised financial institution clients on corporate and securities matters.
