Kevin Eades

Kevin Eades has over 15 years of legal and due diligence experience. His practice is focused on the representation of broker-dealers and registered investment advisors in connection with their due diligence of public and private securities offerings, with a concentration on non- traded public REITs, closed-end funds registered under the 1940 Act, private equity offerings and BDCs, as well as private real estate offerings. Kevin has significant experience with a variety of real estate sectors and strategies, as well as private debt and equity strategies managed by institutional asset managers. Kevin has been with Snyder Kearney and its predecessors since 2006.
