Michael Krents focuses his practice on the representation of broker-dealers and registered investment advisors in connection with the due diligence of public and private securities offerings, with a concentration on closed-end funds registered under the 1940 Act, non-traded public REITs and BDCs, and private equity offerings. Michael has significant experience with various real estate, debt, and private equity strategies managed by large institutional asset managers. Michael has been with Snyder Kearney and its predecessors since 2012.
