Todd Snyder
Managing Member
Todd Snyder has over 30 years of legal, financial and due diligence experience and has been with Snyder Kearney and its predecessors since 2001. Before founding Snyder Kearney, Todd’s experience includes practicing corporate and securities law, and acting as the Vice President of Due Diligence for a registered broker-dealer. Todd is admitted to practice law in the states of Maryland and Florida and the District of Columbia and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. Todd holds a JD, a BA in Economics, and a BS in Business from the University of Maryland where he is currently a member of the Economics Leadership Council and the Board of Visitors of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. From 2011 until expiration of his term in 2020, Mr. Snyder was a member of the Howard County Maryland Pension Oversight Commission where he acted as Chairperson since 2014.
